Baxter Research Center ("BRC") provides third-party research services for publishers and media companies — including adViewPRO, audienceViewPRO, brandViewPRO, and webViewPRO studies — and software products. Specific terms for each research engagement are governed by the individual service agreement between BRC and the client.

Related terms that may apply to you:

  • Survey participants: if you take one of our surveys in response to an invitation offering a reward, the Survey Incentive Terms apply.
  • Product accounts: TrueRank, TrueStanding, and TimeLock each have their own Terms of Service, presented within those products.
  • Privacy: our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe how we handle personal information.

Intellectual Property

Research Reports
